Terms of Service

MARVAB operates this site and sells the pieces listed on it. Using the site, placing an order or joining the newsletter means you accept these terms.

If you are under 18, order through a parent or guardian.

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it and the pieces are allocated to you from stock.

We may decline or cancel an order where a piece has sold out, where a price was listed in obvious error, or where we suspect fraud or resale in breach of these terms. If we cancel, you owe nothing.

Stock is finite and shared across the whole site. Adding something to your bag does not reserve it; allocation happens when the order is placed.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and shown before tax. Shipping is calculated at checkout and is free on U.S. orders over the threshold shown in the bag.

Card payment is not live on this site yet. Orders are recorded in full but no card is charged at checkout, and the checkout page says so. We will not take payment without telling you clearly, at the moment we do it.

Set pricing is applied by our system at the moment the order is placed, based on the pieces actually in the bag. The saving shown on the site is indicative until then.

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch, not guarantees. Orders placed before 1pm ET leave the same working day where stock allows.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us within seven days with a photograph and we will replace or refund it.

You may return unworn pieces with tags attached within thirty days of delivery. Refunds go back to the original payment method within five business days of the parcel reaching us.

Pieces returned worn, washed, altered or without tags may be refused or refunded in part, at our discretion, and we will explain the decision.

Nothing here limits any statutory right you have as a consumer.

Codes are personal, non-transferable, hold no cash value and may be limited by date, order value or number of uses. We may withdraw a code at any time before it is applied to a completed order.

One code per order unless a code says otherwise.

The MARVAB name, the wordmark, the site's photography, copy and design are ours. You may not reproduce them commercially, use them in your own product listings, or pass off goods as ours.

You may share our imagery on social media with credit. Tagging #MYMARVAB gives us permission to reshare your photograph with credit; tell us if you would rather we didn't.

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at volume, probe its security, or submit false or automated orders and form submissions. Public forms are rate limited, and abuse ends in a block.

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it.

Nothing here excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud, which cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms; the version that applies to your order is the one live when you placed it.
