Orders placed before 1pm ET leave the same working day. Everything ships from the United States, and every parcel is tracked from the moment it is packed.

Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $100. The bag shows how far away you are as you add pieces.
Returns
Thirty days from delivery, on unworn pieces with the tags still attached. A 400 GSM fleece is a considered purchase and sizing across generations is genuinely hard — we would rather you sent one back than kept the wrong one.
Email us with your order number and which pieces are coming back. We send a prepaid label for U.S. returns; international returns are at your own cost. Refunds land on the original payment method within five business days of the parcel reaching us.
Exchanges are handled as a refund plus a new order, so your size is never held hostage to a parcel in transit.
Tracking an order
Your confirmation email carries the order number, in the form MRVB-1000. Keep it — with that number and the email address you ordered with you can pull the order up at any time.
Look up an order
